Some people are saying it’s the future of Bordeaux…

…“King” Cabernet, a later grape than the Merlot and consequently more able to withstand global warming. 

Having been planted in the springtime, our young plants needed protection from the searing summer heat of 2015. We watered every vine plant, one by one – every week!

But how wonderful it is to see them developing and gaining vigour. In 2018,  they will yield their first grapes. In 2020, they will be blended into our first-label wine.

And after that? They will just be entering full maturity.
