After our rare Gascon and Landes hens, a nice young pair of geese has just moved to Château Argadens. Fabien and the technical team have increased the number of their charming two-legged residents with Toulouse geese, a very rare species on the endangered list in France. In addition, geese have the advantage of warding off overly adventurous foxes who have the unfortunate (but natural) desire to feed on hens.
