2017 is getting off to a cold start. For this first week of January, Château Argadens has donned a beautiful mantle of white.

During the past few years, we never had more than 4-5 consecutive mornings of hoar frost. Our pruning teams have had to adapt the way they work, made more difficult by these weather conditions, to prevent the canes from splitting when cut.
